DISH 2011 volunteers:
Many hands make DISH a great event, so let us know if you’re interested in being a student volunteer. Also, creative faculty can earn FREE entry to DISH if they volunteer! Volunteer positions are very limited for both groups, so contact Jim Bryant to sign up.

Please note the following:
• Once registration is confirmed, no refunds can be given. We’ll of course take extraordinary circumstances into consideration. Sleeping in doesn’t count, if you were wondering.
• Please bring your AIGA member card to Friday registration.
• We can now accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as cash and check, for at-door registration. Fancy, huh?
• Please make checks payable to AIGA Nashville.

Accessibility and Special Needs
All areas of the conference hall are handicap accessible and special seats will be reserved up front for our attendees who need them. Please contact us if you would like to reserve one of these seats for yourself or someone in your party.

For breakfast, snacks and lunch, we will serve a variety of healthy, local food and treats for you to enjoy, as well as water, soda and coffee throughout the conference. Lunch will feature vegetarian options, but please contact us before the conference if you have other diet restrictions (i.e. gluten-free, wheat-free, peanut-free) so we can plan to cover your needs.
